1. Cancellations by the Customer

Cancellations up to 30 days before the rental date:
- Full refund of the amount paid, minus any bank charges.

Cancellations between 30 and 15 days before the rental date:
- Refund of 50% of the amount paid, minus any bank charges.

Cancellations less than 15 days before the rental date:
- No refund of the amount paid, unless the boat is rented again for the same period.
2. Cancellations by the Company
If our company needs to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather conditions, technical problems with the boat), the customer will have the following options:
- Full refund of the amount paid.
- Transfer of the booking to another date at no extra charge.
3. Refund Policy

No-show by the customer on the rental day:
- No refund will be given.

Problems during the rental period:
- If issues arise due to mechanical failures or other deficiencies of the boat, we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If the problem cannot be resolved, a proportional refund or transfer of the booking to another date will be offered.
